Outfit of the day - Playsuit

I love my playsuit, I remember aways wearing these as a kid in the summer. A little more of a grown up look now though, with tights, an oversized cardigan and belt, I love how this has turned out and I think it is a completely appropriate way of styling for the english warm weather we have today. I’ve paired it all with shoe boots, I love to add heels to an outfit to make me feel extra feminine. Top it off with a hat and minimal jewellery and the look is complete.

Let me know what you think. I would love to replace the cardigan with a well fitted blazer, but I am still on the look out for the perfect one.

Flower Power Outfit Post

I decided to take advantage of the good lighting and a wider mirror when trying on a top in Marks and Spencers today, (which was a complete bargain I might add), to take some photos for an outfit post.

I was able to wear this top which is great for intermediate weather, any warmer and I would have got overheated but colder and I would have been too cold. As it worked out my feet were a little cold in the pumps since it started to rain but this outfit could easily be paired with boots.

The top is last years from Primark when the big shoulders were briefly on trend, I tried to give it a bit more structure and definition with the belt and chunky necklace. On my bottom half I wore black jeggings and pewter cuffed pumps.

Pretty casual but also tidy and you gotta love the puffy shoulders!

I really want to do fashion posts, unfortunately I know my pictures leave a lot to be desired, however if you bare with me hopefully I can figure out a way to improve them. I decided to feature my outfits over this weekend, both pretty casual but still feminine and tidy.

Green trousers, Primark.
Black Long jumper, factory outlet.
Scarf, Primark.
Boots, River Island

Sunday - another casual day at home with family. I love this dress, it’s nice to start preparing for spring as much as I love my boot and jumper combos I am ready for the warmer weather, the cardigan is great at keeping me warm whilst it is still cold!

Dress- New Look,
Cardigan - Asda,
Belt - Primark
Leggings - Primark
Shoes- New Look (but which ones? Opinions please!)
